THE FORGOTTEN CHILDAlone in this world,
No place to call home,
She sits lost in the shadows.

No one can hear,
Her silent scream,
The scream of the forgotten child.

Why was she chosen,
To live in this hell,
The answers remain unsolved.

She cannot love,
She knows only pain,
A life trapped in the cold.

No one is there,
She takes her chance,
And runs into the night.

There she exists,
Frozen in time,
Giving up the fight.

Perhaps for the best,
Now finally free,
Lying peacefully in heaven.

But lonesome nights,
Still hear her scream,
The scream of the forgotten child.
SUICIDEThe cries for mercy, my endless pain,
the feeling of death inside.
A broken heart cannot take the strain,
there is no place left to hide.

But wings they unfold and dreams they awake,
an empty life left behind.
Forgetting the tears, my soul cannot take
the pain of losing my mind.

Forgive me this sin as I raise the knife,
the shadows will set me free,
Release the blood as I take my own life,
alone for eternity.
